I think Spence is decent right and left and can cover either. Gray is a decent RB and LB too so fourth choice
It's more that their model is more sports based, whereas ENIC is more investment focused. They have significantly better "sporting" operations than us. That's my one dig about Levy: that he didn't leave the football decisions to the football people for a long time.
I can see that but it feels suboptimal having Gray at RB/LB- I’d prefer he were developed into a central role like CDM or CB.

Levy et al have taken the fun out of supporting this club. They’ve even done their best to stamp on the glory of the EL win by reverting to type in the transfer window.
I wonder if Levy gets a kickback each time he lets our name be used to help start a bidding war for other clubs’ players
Gray is definitely one of the most interesting players to watch this season.
We’ve already seen that one of the FBs is gonna tuck in to make a back three, so this could suit Gray as the right sided one tucking in.
Obviously a piss take, but if we're finally going to demonstrate some serious ambition it would be doing something like this.
Not at all...... Certain sections of the fan-base have been determined to do that all by themselves..... This thread by week 2 of the window is testament to that.
