Like Palhinha it feels like me brothers hand-me-downs. Why can't we invest in a ready made player for the long-term.
I'd have Harvey Elliot over Grealish all day long. Problem is there ain't no cheap deal to be had with the likes of Elliot, like him or not!

How about Kang In Lee from PSG for our number 10 position? I think he is available for around €30M. He was a regular starter first part of the last season before he got benched secon half at PSG but I think he scores pretty high in the creativity department.

The semi-good news is that so many of our attacking player targets have been uncomfortably 10-adjacent because we're looking for a passer, but left us wondering whether they could play together with Maddison.

Paulinha is a good signing. Grealish is a disaster waiting to happen imo. Was an extravagant luxury signing when city signed him. Never rated him. Tbh i was impressed with Yang earlier. Vuskovic is knocking on the first team door as well.

Reservation with that is PSG were pretty mediocre in CL first few months of last season. Enrique tweaked it and the rest is history.

Keeping Donley around is fine as long as he actually would get chances. Wouldn't be much point keeping him if we would just play Sarr/Kudus as the backup to the new #10 when he could be developing on loan.
