The biggest criticism is that we seem bereft of a plan, season upon.season. it's just bizarre how it can happen so regularly. It's not even about the money that is spent. It's more that nobody seems to identify the need.

With a lot of the potential young B lists going out on loan we are going to be short on the bench in the CL. With only 21 slots that means that some players will only be in PL squad but those 21 which will be reduced by injuries and the bench will have players not as good as those already loaned out this week.
Is the club's plan to sacrifice the CL this year to get these young players up to scratch so that we can use them in first team action next season? Will they be club trained or ineligible or still B listed next season. Big gamble as it is going to be very difficult to qualify again.
