Still haven’t answered the question. Yes hopefully frank can get him to score loads. Maybe if we play a 2 with a second striker it will help. Think he’s a bit of a cart horse personally. Got laughed at byWe'll see what happens this season; assuming we actually create a few chances for him.
If Iraola can get 21 goals out of him; then a) there's a fair logic that Frank can do similar and b) suddenly he becomes worth every penny we paid cos his work rate and hols up game is already solid.
Those tackling drills are obviously helping too judging by the amount of balls we nicked off them.

Got laughed at byRichard Arlison amongst others for suggesting Joao Pedro was better (amongst many others) last season. Wonder who will score more this season? Tribalism over logic a lot of the time on here.
I'd argue that it was noticeably different from many of our recent league games, where we've tried for up to 20/25 mins, then lost our way and our enthusiasm. I actually enjoyed watching us for about 70 minutes.Spurs should have wanted it more being the underdogs. PSG probably didn’t even really care about winning that game.
I get wanting to be optimistic but was it really any different from what we’ve seen over the last 5 years? Played great for the first 3/4 of the game but then couldn’t hold on to the lead after sitting back. Felt like watching the same old Spurs.
Hope Frank learns from this game and has success this season.
Yes they were and that's the real problem , we don't have a deep enough squad so tbh I would rather have a half knackered Richy / Kudus than a fresh Tel or a.nother. The pressure was starting to build slightly before the subs but it got a lot worse after those subs. Would it have anyway , regardless of the subs ? I don't think so as we couldn't get out at all or even buy a cheap free kick which both kudus and Richy can do.They did.
Kudus and Richy were blowing.
Unfortunately our depth is just very poor
Micky’s pen was also terrible but you’re not allowed to talk about that
"A key pass in football is a pass that directly leads to a shot on goal by a teammate, regardless of whether the shot results in a goal."It was a decent ball for a speculative 25 yard first time shot from Richy but "key pass" it was not.
For me as a Spurs fan, vileness would be harking on about a manager that led us to 17th with 22 losses in the league.Unlike you I'm not a nasty vile piece of shit who digs out players unnecessarily like you do.
So in one game, you've recognised that Kudus can't provide goals or assists? I guess that's all that matters, no need to take the ball under pressure, combine with teammates, offer a reliable option to pass to, no it's all about the spreadsheet of course. To be fair doesn't tell me anything new about you, you know fuck all about the sport hence your love in for Angelos.I simply recognise that if he can't provide assists and goals - which is and always has been the question on him - then we still have a problem. Because we need one player who can do both not two players who can do either thing.
Cute.
They were obviously rusty but I'm not taking anything away from our guys.Thought they looked rusty, like they’d just come back from holiday ,
Our game plan worked to a degree but tbh I think we are all getting a bit carried away.
2 week later into pre-season and they probably rip us apart like they did at the end of the second half
Lots of work to be done still.
Yes Richie he’s miles better. As I’ve said before is dom getting capped by Brazil if eligible? Quote me a post you made when he was at Bournemouth where you’re saying he’s a great player and should be a top target for us? If he was still at Bournemouth and scored 9 goals last season he wouldn’t be mentioned.Joao Pedro isn’t better than Solanke
You think it proves you right just because he signed for those chav cunts?

If he has us defending with 9 men on the halfway line, claiming making subs to win games makes it an underserving win or playing the same reckless way no matter the personnel available you can bet I will.I bet you call for Frank to be sacked before I do.
Nasty piece of shit.

Hes a centre half. Not supposed to strike a ball as well. Tels was terrible. Skipping dancing around. At least vdv got it on targetMicky’s pen was also terrible but you’re not allowed to talk about that![]()

We want to see improvements and they were visible all over the pitch. The pressing. The competing. The niggling.
We lack the individual quality that helped PSG today but, when everyone fancied us to take a beating before kick off, our performance deserves credit.
Everyone is clearly working hard off the pitch and it showed tonight.
Hmmm, you're going to have run that by me again, I think Brennan is not good enough to be playing for this club and I didn't think the greek fraud was good enough to be managing us. Confused about the plural?Take my bet - you call for Frank to be sacked before I do.
Nasty pieces of shit always behave like nasty pieces of shit.
I think Kudus is a major talent but the one question on his game has always been end product. I hope he can improve this part of his game. Even if he doesn't I will treat him with respect and support him unlike you with BJ and many other spurs players and managers.
Ah I must beg to disagree, I think someone who champions the likes of Brennan and Ange is the worst type of "supporter" if it can be called that, but we can agree to disagree. You are a nasty piece of shit. The very worst type of supporter.
Shudda, cudda, wudda.Loved the hard work. Thought the pressing was much more intelligent and deliberate. Some really bright spots like Sarr, Spence Richarlison and Kudus.
Still think we’d have got smashed if we played them 2 weeks later Into their pre season and didn’t send a few more bodies forward.
