The big good news for me in that game was that Kudus had arrived, clearly a great signing!
The loss is a disappointment but there are so many positives to take from this game.

The subs killed us. But the players Frank had to sub on, is up to Lange/Levy. The squad is too thin. We need to be able bring in more quality.
Pre season has mainly been attack v defence , be interesting how we look to breakdown Burnley’s low block . Thats why I think it’s vital we add a couple of creative players .

As far youngsters in cups, no way. I wanna full strong first 11 in every domestic cup. I’d rather play a weakened team in the league over a cup game . I don’t even think we will get anywhere near 5th. 8th/9th is my prediction this season
