Transfers The Summer Transfer Edging Thread 2025

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

We are actively looking to sell Bissouma and Bentancur has interest from Turkey.

Tbh even if we sell both I don't see it as Eze is signing to be one of the 3 midfield options. That leaves Bergvall, Sarr, Gray and Palhinha to fight out the remaining two positions.

The only way I see it is if we sell Bentancur, Bissouma and loan out Gray.
We must get rid of Bissouma whatever happens.

Re Bentancur - shame Conte is Napoli manager, cause I'd have loved a deal where they got Bentancur and we got McTominay in return.

A move for Curtis Jones would've appealed to me a lot too.

If our starting mid was Jones, Sarr & McTominay, with Palhinha (or Yarmolyuk), Bergvall & Madders/Kulu (when fit) on the bench...I'd be pretty pleased.

Especially with Kudus starting at RW and Eze on the left, backed up by Brennan and a better prospect than Odo & Tel.

McTominay? Absolutely no chance he’s moving.

I just don't get your Bentancur position at all.

Quality player, was brilliant on wed, will be a big player for us this season IMO

Wonder if tomorrow will be Eze like a Sunday morning :sonmask:

Leicester City fans expecting El Khannouss to probably go to Palace, they hink it could be close, - they think he's got great creativity but won't replace Eze's goals.

Fans seem to think fee could be between £30m and £40m (based upon Forest recent purchase of Kalimuendo, and Hutchinson), preferably closer to 40m.

All gossip per Leicester fans forums.

I don't know how you can know that because it was 17 years since a trophy was won, and before this forum even existed so of course people will be unhappy.

The club only won the trophy a few months ago, posters were complaining about the transfer policy before that, wages, revenue, salaries, everything.

So your chronological order of events is wrong.
The way him and Airfix talk it's utterly like they showed up a week Wednesday, and the ENIC era jam tomorrow BS wasn't why the fans are frustrated. You can not make promises to even the most stupid people not follow through on them continually and get unalloyed support it's the management of populism. Levy did this to himself. I gave the club years of the benefit of the doubt, it's Covid , Psr/ffp will level the field, it's a rebuild, transition, a simple miss step.

There's a tipping point all the nasty tin pot stuff:seniors concessions, furghlow, whilst the ticket prices remain amongst the highest.I don't love my club any less but feel liberated having binned the season ticket. Enic will have to earn my loyalty unlike Spurs, time for proof.

Agreed.

The last 2 seasons they've come to ours I've spoken to quite a few of them and they've all been down to earth and easy to talk to. Wish them well.
Yeah I've been to their ground a few times over the years, never got abused for being Tottenham, actually got a fair bit of sympathy.

Also did some work with some of their top boys back in the day...not a bad word to say about any of them, they were all class people. And they disliked Woolwich & Chelsea as much as I do, which obviously scored them big points.

Interested to know if either poster is a ST holder? Easy to take a contrary position when you aren’t forking out hundreds every weekend
