If Real had a buy-back as low as €10m, then let them buy him and offer them €40m. That's an easy €30m in their pockets

You'd imagine that if there is any deal to be made, he has a release clause to Real, seems the only feasible way to make it happen. But, they don't like spending big fees, so do we give them the release clause for what we paid? It's a very messy deal to try and work on this late in the window.
