It’s very obvious that any player who’s favoured by their club and doesn’t NEED to sell won’t be coming here for anything less than a huge fee. Actually I think that’s the only chance we get Savinho too, if he kicks off and tells City he wants out.

Neither likely to happen but that’s unfortunately about the best we can do at this stage. We essentially need a club to be forced to sell.

A name I've heard in the past but not so much this summer is Julian Brandt at Dortmund. Only has a year left on his deal I believe.

Anyone seen him play enough to think he could be worth a punt? Comes across as a realistic signing who could help strengthen our attack.

Forest signing Dilane Bakwa from Strasbourg. That’s Hutchison, McAtee and now Bakwa they’ve signed as attacking midfielders in this window. Surely if we offer £70m+ for MGW, they come to the table.
