I would want him (or any player) to really think about the game, about playing, about how they can fit into a team and thrive etc...

I just think theres a bigger picture aspect to it as well. Chelsea already have the strongest bench in the league, because they have so much attacking talent they cant accommodate in the team...

As always, Ive no real "faith" in these merchants, but I do quite enjoy when they put their neck out....
