The media department are fucking about doing another anime style reveal video.

A simple. “We’re delighted to announce that we’ve signed Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig on a long-term deal!” would suffice. But no. They’ve got to put us through even more fucking stress.
 
Maybe they delayed things in the hope that Frank could announce Xavi, but as usual with Spurs it didn't quite work out?

Yes .... but the definition of home grown and club trained is based upon time spent at club so whilst most of those players will be English, some will not be.

But Spurs do have a decent number of English players at club
