I’m genuinely quite happy with all the incomings and think there’s a legitimate argument to be made that this is a transition year and we’re better off waiting to go big until next year after Frank has assessed the squad and been able to work more with the recruitment team.

I also don’t think we really have a squad that will compete across four competitions and we’re pretty light on top notch talent up front and haven’t really appropriately dealt with that.

Lange deserves a bit more respect.

Every few games Richardson decides it’s going to be that game where, regardless of how many times it doesn’t work, he’s going to play with his back to goal, plant his feet in the ground so the ball fired at him either bounces off him, or the defender pokes it away. When it doesn’t work for the 10th time you’d think he might try something different like collecting the ball on the turn or run in behind. 🤷‍♂️

Been painful as fuck but got a few good players in.

Madders and Kulu out for the season means we better pray Simons doesn't contract Spursitis and do his ankle on international duty. He will be carrying our creative spark.

I am excited to see him, Muani and Kudus on the pitch together. Haven't been excited by our attackers for a long while.
