Match Spurs v Brighton (Away) - Sat 20th September - KO: 3pm

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Didn’t think we were as shit as everyone is claiming on here.

One ball in behind onside by the width of a piece of paper and an absolute howler from Vic.

We’ve created a few chances. Too many crosses into no one for my liking but I feel we are getting into decent positions prior to crossing.

Could be much better but not a nightmare scenario.

We should be winning at Brighton. Would Liverpool, woolwich or City be happy with a draw?

Of course they fucking wouldn't. That is the pressure that comes with being at a club that really wants to win things.

This game is still there to win. Let's go and win it. We are good enough to win it if we really want to.
Are you fucking dumb?

How are you coparing us to that three, right now?

Fuck are even talking about??

You've, clearly, been at the bong.

Of course we want to win, but saying we had a right to go there and just roll them over with a new manager and not having beaten them there in 2 seasons and only once in last 4 fixtures is just stupid.

I only caught the last 25 minutes of that half but we seem to be paying fairly well. Good intentions.

Just a bit lacking quality in the final third and we looked a bit too open on the counter.

We are carrying too many passengers today. Berg, Odobert not at it. Richie redeemed himself a bit with the goal but otherwise has been poor

If i'm honest I dont think the game has been too horrific. Awful from Vic on the 2nd goal and a poor bit of defending on the first, but outside of that we've controlled the game fairly well and created a number of half chances.

Our biggest problem is that our main attacking outlet at the moment is Porro's crossing, but Brighton have two huge statue defenders who gobble everything up in the air. If we had a bit of dynamism up top we could exploit them because they turn like tankers, but we don't really have that luxury.

Well, Brighton 2 up, but have created very little. Scored just 2 one off goals.

But we have been the better team by far.

Our only problem is lack of movement in the box, to many static players, so little chance of cut back or an open player to take a first time shot.

Hopefully Frank will address these issues.

No one having a bad game really, and completely different from Bournemout.

Still think we can win this.

COYS

I’m certainly hopeful of a result here.

Great goal for their first one, and a great strike and terrible keeping for their second. I think our overall play improves the half went on, but we certainly need more output up top. The goal by Richy was great, but overall he’s been pretty poor. But certainly nowhere near the poorest of the three. Kudus has been very poor. Bergvall just a bit off it.

Very good half from Udogie

Still far too vulnerable at the back.

One long ball over the top and we've been done three or four times.

Shouldn't be that easy to get through us - either Vicario needs to push up a hell of a lot, or the back four need to be expecting these long balls and be ready for them.

Vic killed us with that shit show of an effort. I think
we have controlled the game and played well but I don’t feel confident we will score when we go forward. You see the balance Udogie gives us on the left being left footed. I’d get Xavi on for Bergvall. Sarr on for Bentancur or Paulinha and Spence on for Porro.

This is one of these games we could go on and win or lose 4 or 5-1
