Match Spurs v Brighton (Away) - Sat 20th September - KO: 3pm

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Kudus was excellent, Xavi is a game changer and Udogie defended very well, good to see him back. Gray had some excellent touches after coming on - would like to see him used more often but I guess we will over the season. A draw is not the worst result tbh

Last seconds of the game and the keepers rolling the ball out instead of going long just fuck off
I know that’s why I posted looked like we settled for draw. I wanted him to go long and get up the pitch. I do wonder if Frank really has the balls in those situations. I reckon his pragmatism also seeps into the belief of going for the jugular. I bet if we were 2-0 and Brighton got back to 2-2 they would have gone for it.

Udogie brilliant!

Xavi showed some exciting glimpses, Kudus was great too.

that left wing forward is still an issue, Odobert was okay but I don't think he's the answer.

back in for Savinho in Jan?

Showed a fair bit of bottle after going 2 down. Plenty to like and lots to look forward to based on that performance.
Kudus and Simons add that creativity we have been craving. Something would happen everytime Simons had the ball. Happy with that. COYS

Take that, especially being 2 down.

With an up to speed Xavi and Muani we win that.

Encouraging that Xavi has now broken his 10 cherry under Frank. Pal/Bergvall/Xavi will be tasty going forward.
If Frank is happy using Muani on the left at times then between him, Odobert, and Kudus you've got to think Brennan's days are numbered barring some ridiculous change in form/quality.

Shame we didn’t have Solanke/RKM to bring on, Richarlison is so loose on the ball and inking up. Like the guy, but my word he’s frustrating. Thought we were worse when Bentancur came off. So underrated by fans. Even playing poorly Bergval still makes things happen. Romero good again. Kudus flatters to deceive but he atleast gives you hold up and ball retention

Played well, maybe some individual errors but Brighton away is a very hard game. Better to be disappointed not to win than disappointed not to come away with anything.
