Match Spurs v Bodo/Glimt (A) - Champions League - Tues 30th Sept - KO: 8pm

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Hopefully Frank will learn from this, he should have gone out with his best side, and not underestimated the opponents. Had we gone after the jugular from the start we would probably have won it.
Maybe the people who laughed at me because of the wannabe gangsters infantile post should take a look at themselves, and maybe see a chiropractor - and get your spines straightened out.

But I am liking this never giving up ??? How about not giving up for 70% of the game and then deciding to put in some effort at the end - its bolox and its cheating. That was pure muck and a classic example of a poor mental attitude
Oh, so your saying the subs didn't make a difference and we should have left the starting 11 on?

Yeah, we never gave up and Frank made the changes that made a difference...

So what are you talking about?

Frank is clueless. What's his actual plan going forward?

Frank is showing his limitations.... He has to stop asking his players to put a long throw in everytime...We are doing long throws even by killing the passing momentum.

But, real problem is elsewhere...we dont have a progressive midfielder to keep the player on. We dont have a forward who links up well

Reason we came back in 2nd half was due to Kudus holding on, and linking players. Richarlison, Johnson, Odobert didnt do anything.
When you have 3 forward players not linking up and a CM who cant progress the ball = Shit Show

Is there a point making a plan when you have one decent winger, no decent 10 and a veeeeery erratic CF? I think he’s just hoping to work on defending and holding the ball until anyone who can score from free play comes back.

A long couple of months until Dom and Kulu are back - and even then I’m not so sure.

I don’t see what else Frank can do with such an inconsistent squad. He’s shown his tactical nous and in-game management, but at some point the players need to remember they’re paid very handsomely to do the basics.
He should have made changes at half time instead of sitting there hoping for the best until Bodo inevitably scored.

If he thought he saw anything positive in that first half performance then that's worrying.

there are some who can't wait for Frank to fail either

they'll only be happy when we lose
Ah Jesus Christ. It's been going this way for weeks. I just don't blind myself into believing everything is amazing like you lot. This is crap. This is Nuno crap.

It's been staring us in the face for weeks. Still absolutely no improvement. I wanted him to succeed, but I won't just worship him after a couple of good results. The performances have been dreadful. If we play like this heading into November and December, season over, probably a new coach.

Another draw. From being 2 down it's okay. Not brilliant but.....

I think we have to accept where we are as a club.

We lack star quality at present, but also need to give Frank time.

He can't change average players, so understanding that and not knee-jerking at every moment of disadvantage is really important.

I must however say I was a tad surprised that we want to keep Bentancur. I don't see anything more than reliable, which is necessary, but our bar needs to be higher in my opinion. To me he typifies a top ten team.
