We need some goal threat in the side. Johnson is so in effective on the left. Play him from the right.

Xavi is struggling centrally, but keep playing him...but from the left.

Kudus in the ten, he can beat a man and will open up the space centrally. Him and Muani could be a real handful.

That team at least has a goal threat, Sarr as well


Tel and Odobert have to come out.

Yep, I wouod give that a go.

I think the fact is that nobody is really demanding to be played or playing at a consistently high level.

It's a strange set of affairs that for the last 2 or 3 seasons we have barely had anyone who puts in performance after performance.

Proof if disputed is that no real bids (that we know of) have been made for our players.

We really need a player or two who just delivers 8 out 10 or higher, week in,week out.

So your team, on paper looks more than decent, but I also bet we would bemoan 3 or 4 if they started due to inadequate displays.

Agree with that team but Muani won't start yet, it will be Richy.

Shearer said it last season, we have a lot of good/decent players but not enough great ones.

The great ones deliver on a consistent basis, the good ones blow hot and cold.
 
People looked at this draw and saw it as easy qualification. Keep starting games with Odobert and Tel and it quickly become can we make the playoff knockout.

Tel is shit and I don't trust either of Johnson/Odobert to make an all round contribution on the left. Going to need to battle and be able to win the battle away from home in Europe so as well as a no dickhead policy we should also be employing a no pussies policy aswell.

We are running short on 10 position, what a surprise 😶 because right now most attractive wing connections are Simons+Udogie and Porro+Kudus... But I really dont know who we should put at 10 position in this case.

Will it just be on the big screens, or are they wheeling tellies onto the pitch? After what happened at the end of the screening of the EL final I wonder if there are any firms who'd trust our fans not to wreck their TVs. Bloody teenagers.

I didn't know anything about this live screening and couldn't see it on the Spurs website, so I thought I'd 'Ask Spurs' virtual assistant, using the search term 'Monaco Live Screening'. Here's the extremely helpful reply...

"I did not find specific details about a live screening of the Monaco Grand Prix. However, F1® DRIVE LIVE offers live screenings of a 2025 Formula 1 Grand Prix at F1 DRIVE - London, which includes live entertainment, unlimited VR5 simulator sessions, and the option to upgrade to a karting session. If you are interested in attending a live Grand Prix screening, this may be a suitable option."

...well, at least it tried.
