I swear he scored a fair few free kicks for Sporting? Always spaffs it over the bar or hits the wall for us.

Swear almost every bloody player loses their free kick touch when they come to Spurs. Think Maddison scored 1 for us? Siggurdsson scored shitloads for Swansea then barely any for us too. Bale and Eriksen feel like the only 2 players that scored them with any kind of regularity over the past 20 years or so (and I think Eriksen went on a 2+ year drought at one point).

EDIT: Just looked it up and we've scored five direct FKs in the league in the past 10 years. FIVE! For reference, 10 teams have scored 10+ and Saints have scored 18.

I rember the LB Ziegler scoring a fair we few crackers from free kicks.

Bale used to train after normal training sessions on free kicks, perfecting his technique.

Seems like a few of our players need to do the same. Corners too, far too many are over hit or just wild.

Monaco, is one just example.
 
Is there anyone better in the league at finding the striker at the back post with a deep cross?

Saw it again for the 3rd against Everton.

Need to give him a proper target man to work with. Maybe Muani can be that guy.
 
Worst peformance since he joined. Utterly fucking useless today. Couldn't pass to a white shirt to save his life. Lost the ball countless times, shite crosses, and almost gave them a soft goal in the first half. Fuck me he was bad.
 
Needs a spell as being the back up full back for a bit. The one thing he's always had is how good he's been on the ball and that this season has been average at best.
 
I thought he was really poor today, we needed him to help build our attack and he couldn't do it.

There were a couple times where he went direct to Muani and I thought it might be the start of getting some momentum, but we never continued that and it led to nothing.
