Are people acting like He was invisible at the end or something?
Yeah his behaviour at the end was pathetic. You’ve had a shit performance and cost us the game, be humble and face the fans.
Unacceptable behaviour from a captain.
He’s only human but he’s paid £100,000+ a week to be professional. He’s supposed to be a leader.Disappointed in his reaction but maybe he’s just in the immediate anguish of the defeat, the boos, the situation and just needs to get off. But it’s not what I want to see from a leader.
I don't mind players with ego's, but they need to earn the right to have one.100&
Drop him and Spence for the Copenhagen game and be forced to apologise for your actions.
We don't need egos. We can't afford them.
I don't mind players with ego's.
But the need to earn the right to have one.
And last season, finishing 17th, losing 22 games, no one has the right to ego.
They need to pull the finger out the collective backside.
And work like maniacs for Frank.
FIFY.I don't mind players with ego's, but they need to earn the right to have one.
After finishing last season 17th, losing 22 games, no one has the right to have an ego.
What they need to do, is pull the finger out their collective backsides and work like maniacs forFrankthe fans.
He and Djed...out the squad for the next 2 games and docked a week's wages. No more captain's armband for Micky either.

from some Spanish rag:
it’s claimed Spurs have let it be known Van de Ven is valued at €100m / £88m and Liverpool are among three clubs taking a look. The others are Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
The report read: ‘His physique, speed, and defensive awareness have attracted the attention of clubs like Real Madrid, Liverpool, and Bayern Munich.
‘Micky van de Ven is on Real Madrid’s radar, who see the Dutchman as an alternative to strengthen their defence for the next cycle.
‘However, Real Madrid is not alone. Liverpool and Bayern Munich are also closely monitoring the situation, making the competition for him real and fierce.’
That’s an overreaction for me. I share your view on negativity, but I think this one can be sorted with a short sharp shock. It was completely unacceptable, but I think a game or 2 of being dropped, a proper apology, which I would hope had come immediately and unprompted from both. And a frank discussion about what is expected going forward and I would like to see a line drawn under it.I'm normally someone who defends the players and I don't think fans booing and going after players on social media accomplishes anything. But after I saw that video I don't care if either player ever wears a Spurs jersey again.
Micky seems a good guy so I’d expect an apology to the manager as the bare minimum.
Was polite in the post-match presser but peep his face when he got up and left.Frank looked fucking fuming with both of them. Don’t blame him.
Yes, a "Frank" discussion is in order. I think that will occur and it is understandable he would downplay it after the match. You can't make decisions about disciplinary issues off the cuff immediately after. It's a tough call because putting yourself down two players for a game would make bad matters worse. Then again, the club can't just ignore it.That’s an overreaction for me. I share your view on negativity, but I think this one can be sorted with a short sharp shock. And yes, I am also VERY disappointed in both of them.
