Match Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United. Saturday, Nov 8th, 12:30pm. English Premier League.

Does anyone watch United enough to explain why they have started winning all of a sudden? I was enjoying the thought of their possible relegation.

Because they have a good attacking line-up a d their midfield has been effective. Defensively they are sn odd team I would say.

But you say winning. They beat a Liverpool side having a moment and then 2 sides they should always beat, based on their resources etc Then Forest.

I think it's a tough match for us,but they don't have the physicality of that lot or filth, and at some point our home PL form has to improve. In saying that I'm not sure this will be that match.

50:50 game in my opinion, but I think slightly in their favour.

With our full squad I think we win, but....

Beat Liverpool but should have been buried. Liverpool had 4 or 5 very good chances. Brighton were in the game at old Trafford. Missed a sitter after 5 mins and almost got a draw. The only game they really dominated was Sunderland 2-0 at home . Sometimes things just go for you. Still have Casemiro in midfield. Can hardly run .should be able to get at him. Kudus v Shaw will be interesting.

Let's be honest Liverpool should of battered them. Play that game ten times, and Liverpool win it.

Brighton actually waltzed through their midfield in the first 20 minutes, just made wrong decisions.

Forrest should of beaten them at the weekend as well.

Only game they dominated and won comfortably was Sunderland.

But of course everyone getting away with it.

They're improved but hardly transformed yet.

Agreed. Liverpool were better than them. Brighton played suicide football and deserved everything they got but still opened Utd up in the middle third but final pass was poor. Forest were better than them and they got away with one. Sunderland were poor and will struggle away from home as the season goes on.

I actually see this game as one we will win comfortably. I think our midfield will dominate them and it’s up to our front players to click. The only position I think Frank will be struggling with is left back. Spence will deal with Mbuemo better than Udogie would but Udogie gives us more going forward and gives us such a better balance and him and Odobert have that something together. For me Spence offers absolutely nothing going forward and doesn’t link with anyone.
I’d go with Udogie because I think we be on the front foot for a lot of this game.

Red cafe is as entitled arrogant as ever! They have a Micky VDV thread where they weigh up whether they should sign him!!

lol so funny they think they’re in a position to take players from us.

Wankers

I thought United looked decent against Brighton. They created a lot of chances , Cunha looks a v good buy and Mbuemo looks a handful but I think the biggest plus is the new keeper , they just looked so unsettled with their previous 2 . All that said we should be good enough to win if we have a go at them , I just don’t want to see this 7 at the back nonsense we’ve had to watch this season at home .

We are no better, and have been very poor at home.

They are favourites, other than any psychological barrier from last season. Mostly because they pretty much have a full squad and an element of momentum
We are very much staccato at present.

We will need to score 2 or 3 to win. No doubt in my mind, and that's a big challenge.

Massive game, not just because its United and 3 points will take us second temporarily, but we need to bounce back after Chelsea and show that Copenhagen was not just a fluke result, we need to show we learnt from that Chelsea game and the squad and coaching staff have "clicked" and we can put in two high quality performances a week.

COYS!

If he goes eventually, it won't be to those useless bags of shit lol.

Fucking manc rat scum still think they're it.

Lineup I want to see vs ManU considering all factors -

------------Vicario-------------
Porro-Romero-VDV-Udogie
-------Palhinha-Sarr---------
--Kudus----Xavi----Odobert-
-------------Muani-------------

I think that this side has sufficient amount of power and aggressiveness - basically everyone except for Porro, Xavi and Odobert are very pysical players that can make life very uncomfortable for opposition. And we know that if Ms Crybaby-Fernandes gets shoved few times and roughed up, he throws in her toys sooner rather than later.

Basically we have very few questionmarks left
- does Spence start or not (would be nice to rest Porro, but I think we'll need his deliveries).
- who is the 2nd winger next to Kudus; my preference being Odobert
- who starts in CM; I'd rest Bentancur (though he has improved lately, have to admit) for this and play Palhinha-Sarr; but I guess most likely pick by Frank is to fall back to Palhinha-Bentancur CM duo

Fuck sake, one good performance against a dreadful team has got me hoping again.

time will crawl GIF
