We should have the option to play counter attacking when necessary, but it can’t be our go-to against the vast majority of teams.

I’ve got no complaints about the approach vs PSG; the execution was poor. We’ll see vs Fulham at the weekend
The dude you're replying to said he wants us to go in to most games with an underdog mindset. Bro thinks Spurs are a comparable club to the likes of Brentford and Fulham

It’s ludicrous that teams leave players free on the edge of the box. You have to lock on to players on the edge firstly because it stops them having a free shot and secondly if you win it on the edge you are on the counter. This having 5 players zonal marking doing virtually nothing is pathetic.

I'm a bit more calm after lastnight. I think we saw some good stuff.

But I can't describe how big the fulham game is on saturday. If we don't win that then we really are going nowhere. We've a healthy squad and should have enough players to win that game. No excuses.

I think we need to go all guns blazing on Saturday night and get a statement win. It’s the only way this will turn around and change the mood. A turgid 1-0 will do fuck all for anyone’s mood.
We must start Gray and Bergvall. Get kudus on the right and play the same two up top(can’t believe I’m saying play Richi)and go after them. Bergvall in that inside left midfield position suits him because he’s got the legs to get out to wider areas defensively but can get up and down the pitch. Udogie must start because Spence offers absolutely nothing on the ball.
Big month for Thomas coming up and he needs it to click and get it right.

Agree on everything. Prob would only start one striker (muani) if we are also starting kudus and simons but agree on rest

Unless the wheels completely fall off I think he should get the full season.

What is going to be accomplished by firing him now? His successor will inherit the same lily-livered bunch who just aren’t good enough.

It's hard to form a real opinion on last night until after Saturday.

If we beat Fulham and look good doing it, then last night was maybe the genesis point for a new approach with more intent..

If we lose, then it's three defeats in a week and we conceded 9 goals in 4 days.

I’d leave Simons on the bench. Two up front is going to come back into fashion. Defenders are weak as piss, even the top ones and they can’t handle going man for man and not having cover. Marquinhos and Pacha didn’t enjoy last night and they are up there with the best at the moment. Even go with Tel and Muani but definitely go two up.

maybe he has seen 2 up front is the way to go with our forwards, ( 3 up front isn't working)
solankie with johnson or RKM playing off him, So solankie wins headers/knock-on for the other striker
yes bit old school, but so are long throws, and big kicks

If we sacked him now who would you go for?

Note that iraola and glasner would highly unlikely leave their clubs at this point in the season
I'm sure there are plenty of good options in Europe we could go for, but since you mentioned him, Glasner would be a decent shout.
Big club experience in the Bundesliga with Frankfurt. Incredible job in the Premier League with Palace.
And despite what you say, if any other BIG 6 club wanted him at this point in the season they'd damn well get him.
Ideally though, sell the fucking club and I'd be happy to write off the season and bring back Poch or Conte with some serious backing next summer

Who would you like?
