This is how gullible some at Spurs have become.
Sunderland are a newly promoted team, via the play offs, who just about snuck into the Premier League.
They have managed to build a new team for this season and are already well ahead of Spurs in terms of building for the future.

The supporters need to learn that accepting 'projects' and low wage players with potential has got us to where we are now.

I think a number of our early games flattered us; we scored more than our xG would suggest and got away with a few at the back. Plus we had a relatively cushy start to the season fixture wise. We finished 17th last season for good reason. Ange was part of the problem, but the rot runs deep in this side at the moment.
