Which was then ruled out for offside wasn’t it?was that when "fans" were singing "You don't what you're doing" after he made his sub and his sub scored?

Which was then ruled out for offside wasn’t it?was that when "fans" were singing "You don't what you're doing" after he made his sub and his sub scored?
I’d add that every time he has the ball beats a man and finds no one near him to pass to.Everything you've said.
Ultimately it is because he still has a street ball mentality where he craves the "ooh and aahs" from fans who in turn are impressed by bullshit - look how they clapped like seals when he did a step - over....
Joke club.
I think a strong coach can turn him into an effective player. I agree with your summary btwKudus... you beat the man and then turned around to go back and try and beat him again and then decided against it and just passed it short.
I watch you, but often don't understand you, buddy.
Just release the ball.
What philosophy ? Throw ins and long punts up field to no one and just keep crossing the ball in the box expecting CR7 to be on the end of them!I agree with you. But not on your expected time for build-up.
In 18 to 24 months, you should be able see progress - we didn't under Ange. He was not tactically versatile enough for the Prem.
But Frank has been in the job for a few months. We can't expect him and the team to challenge for Top 4 when we're trying to implement a new philosophy. What we can expect, however, is that they fight there asses off.
A foul I think but it was lopped off. Made the ear cupping even more tragic.
Again what philosophy? Might be ok to lose some games if you showed what you are trying to do. We show nothing and must be one of the least attractive sides to watch. Philosophy should be evident by now unless what we are seeing is HIS philosophy. That would be worrying.I doubt that. It takes time to implement a philosophy.
Franks first 20 games at Brentford looked like this:
- 5 wins
- 7 draws
- 8 losses
Absolute rubbish.I don't really understand why this has descended into a "Frank or Ange" thread.
Ange was shit and had to go.
HAD. TO. GO.
Frank might not work out.
He won't be any worse than Ange.
He might turn it around and be better.
He too might need to be replaced.
People seem to treat football managers like life partners.
By Sarr in the build up.A foul I think but it was lopped off. Made the ear cupping even more tragic.
He never played prof football and I don’t even know if he played football to any decent level. But look at coaches like the Brighton lad he is in his early 30s. Frank is in his 50s wdf has he been doing all his career?Poch joined us in his early 40’s. Frank is in his early 50’s. This matters.
Poch devised a pressing game at Southampton that was innovative and aesthetically pleasing and meant he was going to get snapped up by a big club.
It’s taken Frank 10 years longer because his football has never been perceived as Poch’s was and no big club had been excited at what he might bring.

What? That's literally what every manager does?
Your footy knowledge is actually in the bin, when people were saying it I didn't take much notice but it's actually pitiful![]()

Tottenham confirm Ange Postecoglou's coaching staff including former Celtic assistant
Tottenham have announced Ange Postecoglou’s coaching staff after he failed in a bid to take his former Celtic assistants with him.www.scotsman.com
I thought Paulinho was the number 6 we needed. Everyone said if Ange had him we would have been a completely diff team. His average at best makes a few tackles, mos times a lot and never really spots danger in and around our box. His play when he has the ball is non league at times. Has no pace to get back when get caught on transistion. This is spot on. We have some absolute lower league shitters that are poor at football - Paulina, Tel, Richy, Johnson, poss Danso, Vicario, Bentacur. Can’t take it under pressure, sloppy control, lack basic ability and bravery. If I was manager I would instantly banish them - no place at a big club.
Shocking footballers.
I would take Devine and Donley over these frauds for the rest of the season 100%
That's a fair point actually. As much as I think Frank is / was an abomination of an appointment, I think the likelihood is even he would have won the Europa League with us last season given the level of competition we were facing.- We won’t win a trophy because we’re not in the EL this season and the other trophies available to us are harder to win. Ange didn’t win any of these trophies so it isn’t a fair comparison.
Then sack the ficjers who says we should buy them at great expense. Did we really need Wilson start of last season? Tel was he needed?I agree but my point is some of these players are so bad at certain aspects of the game that it’s impossible to control a game and play football. That lot are awful and debilitating
We have some serious players too that are excellent, but they are held back by the god awful, aforementioned relegation scrappers
You don't half talk some shit, mate, but using the term 'Spursy' is perhaps the saddest indictment of your supposed support of this club (or seemingly the man).Absolute rubbish.
Ange did not have to go. In fact, he had every right to stay. Sacking him may just be the most Spursy thing this club has ever done.
I know you and a few of your incel mates on here will never accept that, but if you think you're the voice of the majority of Spurs fans, you're not. There are more and more fans who see this mistake for what it was.
This seasons squad is better than what it was last year. It has more depth and experience than Ange had at his disposal.
With the momentum of a cup win and an improved squad we would be seeing much better results, not to mention much more entertai in football this year, if we'd kept Ange.
If this were a rational club, it would give him his job back immediately.
I think around 50% of our fanbase would actually be pleased if that happened. At least. We won't get either...we'll probably end up with Ange back.....![]()
Lange has been responsible for some crap purchases and waste of money. He compounds that with getting Frank his buddy. You couldn’t make it up.Lange knows him from their time working at the same place for some team in Denmark.
Yeah but as someone as pointed out it never seems to damage a managers job prospects when they fail here because, well, they're expected to fail.Leaving Palace due to lack of transfer activity and joining Spurs is out of the frying pan into the fire.
