Literally what was the point in promoting him to "First Team Academy Transition Coach". We loaned out every academy player that had half a chance of integrating. Is he just there once a month when Luca is allowed to train with the first team?
Brighton did the same tbf, not like there's any other games for them.Any thoughts on our 4 best players dropping back to under 18 after being with under 21s all season.
We did this years ago with Devine and Scarlett for the FA Youth Cup. To be honest they might as well have stayed at home such was their influence. I know the club would like to win the Youth Cup but players possibly feel they are dropping down a level and react accordingly.
LWB on the verge of first team and then he’s playing youth football.
