It's a hypothetical scenario based on a silly statement you made. You stated he should stick with the same 11 win, lose or draw.

No manager in world football should and would blindly stick with the same team if they encounter loss after loss or if there's players in the first 11 that are continuously not performing.

To answer your question, if I saw Frank trying to build create a style of positive play with a regular group of players, and we saw progression as a result, in terms of style and front foot football, I would absolutely be behind him and afford him more time.
