Yeah we lack any sort of identity and having a core of British players helps with this.
 
Id honestly sack Frank after this and bring in Sherwood as interim. Players need a kick up the arse. We are so meek. You need a guy thats gunna come out fighting. Hes good with youth too.

Injuries or not, sooner or later and possibly through fan pressure he simply has to go.

This is a repeat of the vast majority of games, ineffective, poorly organized, and negative football.

I am not advocating for this but we need a high scoring defeat by a team in order for the board of directors to be shaken from their executive lounge and to take the correct action and fire this fucking idiot.
