The thing is it's a bit chicken and egg. Yes the squad is generally way off but how he's managing it is making a lot of these individuals looks worse as the collective system he's insisting on is not bringing the best out of them.
Look at how poor Porro has become, even VDV and Romero don't look good in a lot of games.

Why bother grilling him on the performance? His stock response would be that we were unlucky, we need to work harder to fix it, the team we played were hard to beat blah blah. It’s obvious to anyone with eyes whatever he’s doing in training isn’t working but he’ll never express that may as well talk about the cup (it’s symptomatic of his tenure - not realizing)

Don’t we have cups of our own? Has this happened to any other manager previously? To me it points to a lack of attention to detail but I’ve had it with him prior to this so I’m at the end of the relationship annoyance phase where everything they do is an atrocity
