Heitinga is such an unknown quantity, we could very easily be just as bad with him stepping up fo the managers role.

Also very difficult to get somebody in temporary until the summer if they are still pining for poch. Every player that doesnt currently give a shit wont suddenly give a shit with a supply teacher at the helm demanding they run through the brick walls necessary to stay up.

alonso seems unlikely, xavi i would like but if not then id except de zerbi because quite frankly we need a bit of a c**t character that demands and is fiery. He wouldn't be my first choice or even my top 3 but I dont see heitinga or a temp having the required effect to keep us up.

The manager is only one issue though isn't it? We can applaud or boo the next guy as much as we want but look at how bad our recruitment has been for years. If that doesn't get fixed, all will happen is a possible bounce then we fall backwards again

Not sure De Zerbi type of character to accept a interim job, he would want it full time.

No need for bold. The league is completely different now and the other squads are far ahead of us.

They will not spend the amounts needed to compete for the now again fucking mythical Top 4.

Poch is done, never go back.

He wasn't Frank's man though was he

IMO was brought in to try and get us playing more expansive and help Frank

And TBF I did see an increase in quality since he walked in

My big fear if in honest is the state of the squad

We have what 10 fit first team players now after Odobert and Undogie limped off

Most of the injuries ain't due back until April

We are in a proper fucking state and new manager if they walked in is gonna be backs against the wall fucked IMO
