If there is even the slightest chance to get Alonso, they have to try.

I’d even offer Stuttgart the buy out to get Hoeness out. Hes got experience of saving clubs from relegation
 
The last time we sacked the head coach but kept his assistant didn't work too well. Players need to feel a difference in the dressing room and a new voice.

Why the fuck would he join a team for a relegation battle? He's got no association with our club at all. Why would he even consider coming here? Would he join Everton or forest? No! So who the fuck do you think we are lol

We have a choice of managers to try for, Alonso, Xavi, Maresca and they are all winners so we will probably go for De Zerbi who has had a string of bad results at Marseille, got kicked out and has won fuck all.

Any interim coach is not gonna work.

We arent sat in mid table needing someone to come in and see out the season.

We need a new full time manager who will wake these players up. No one with an interim title will get the respect needed to make us competitive
 
Our players had no respect for Frank. When we played it was a mess with no noticeable formation or style of play. Defensive or in attack. If we done well it was normally down to a piece of individual brilliance. Solanke scorpion for instance. Let's not resort to getting in Mason at interim because we think Poch might like to return. Let's get in someone now that the players respect because he already has experience and personality. Glasner or De Zerbi or one of the Xavi's
 
De Zerbi sacked yesterday for losing 5-0, but please no, not another like-for-like desperation appointment based solely on being an opportunistic time.

Please ENIC, do your homework this time and find someone who is suited to the role.
