Jesus Christ, I don't think I've ever seen an injury-plagued season like this. Frank was the wrong guy, but at the very least I pity him having to deal with all of this while trying to settle at the club.
Has to happen now, no? Warm body, knows the league, isn't completely terrible. Offer a relegation survival and CL progression bonus in a short term deal to keep him motivated.

I'm becoming more and more convinced it's the pitch.. watching his incident last night if it was normal turf , it would have given more and avoided the jarring jolt that caused the injury
It is in no way an absurd hypothesis to be investigated.
Put it this way, ruling it out - as some on here do - on the grounds that "they would have tested that" requires one to back that statement up with an explanation as to who "they" are. And the answer is those who sold us the tech (what would they not want to discover I wonder????) and that highly competent football-focussed management team running Spurs circa 2018 including one Daniel Levy

I joked about this in the Jan window, now I actually think it's a no brainer to bring him in.
He'll still cost us about £150-200k a week but just do a short term deal until the end of the season.
Yeah and there was someone who was unwilling to sell their land / or move their business and it "mysteriously" burnt down which then enabled the full plans to go ahead.
