I just think it's a dangerous appointment given our current situation. We are in a relegation dogfight. Is now the time to bring in another rebuild manager with his own totally different philosophy?

Who are these dogfight managers? Is it Dyche and Moyes? They are both in jobs and Dyche may even get the boot despite being in the dogfight. If it's Allardyce, Redknapp, Pulis, Pardew etc. then the game has changed drastically since they were last involved. I would have De Zerbi above any of these and he does have experience from the league

Give it ‘Arry til seasons end. Just go out there and fackin run around a bit eh?

He said that.
Do the basics well. Don't be afraid to chase after the ball if you lose it and have some fun.
NONE of the things we do now.
I can't even express how much I hated the first half last night.
I had nobody sat either side of me, my row was empty.
I wanted a burger before the game. Ordered. Paid. Waited. Tool of a server then comes back and says they have sold out and tries to give me two fcking kids burgers. Nah. Refund please. That takes ages.
End up having to eat bone dry over priced chicken and chips. Felt like I was in Benidorm, not the most expensive stadium in the world.
Pissed off before we kicked off.
And then THAT shite happened.

I think Redknapp is about the only interim we could get that could provide that bounce to lift the mood.

Hoddle is a mental one, but Redknapp was never really a 'manager' as such, so it's not as left field as it sounds.

Someone like Harry squeezing some ability and confidence out of the players, with a decent first team coach (which is effectively frank's title) running training and in-game tactics. Whether that would be Heitinga, or a Mason. It's not so crazy and would be a good strategy ahead of a detox in the summer.

After the last few years I'd actually take Sherwood as he is a complete melon but did a decent job - especially with making academy players first team ready (which someone is going to be forced into doing)
Could not disagree more with all of that.

Whoever it is needs to come in now. Not the summer.

If it’s to be Poch, shows us you want it. No more USA, be here tomorrow first thing.

We need to see the passion, the need to be involved immediately.

I'd rather wait until the summer if it means getting the right guy.

Signing someone now kinda means De Zerbi or nobody doesn't it? Who else is available outside of the looney options like Sherwood and Redknapp?

The big problem is the complete lack of quality up front. Last time harry came in he was able to buy some players to get us out of the shit. He won't have that option. The club does need a boost and he would give us that but i worry about the mentality of these players week in week out.
i think 'arry would be a big story and shine a light on the players that they'd have to respond to. i also think they'd like him and respond well to his coaching and tactics. could go tits up too!

The club has put itself in a disastrous position by leaving Frank in place for so long. This is on Vinai and Lange.

We now have half our squad injured.

So now how can we rely on an interim to keep us in the PL. Impossible. The club has completely fucked itself by not sacking Frank a month ago, maybe even 2 months ago.

Disastrous decision making from Vinai and Lange.

I don't see how we can just bring in someone like Mason, it's a ridiculous gamble on our PL status.

Surely you pay the money and bring in someone on a perm now.

No point waiting for the summer and for Poch when we may not make it until then as a PL club

Harry Redknapp did more for this club than Postecoglou will ever dream of laying claim to
Your opinion means absolutely nothing to me. You legit watched Franks first press conference in which he told the club "ONE THING IS CERTAIN, 100% FOR SURE, WE WILL LOSE FOOTBALL MATCHES" and then went on to become his biggest fan for 4 months 🤦🤣

Ange is iconic, and he backed up his words with a trophy.

Redknapp was a great coach but you booboys if you were around back then would have been raging seeing him flirt with the England job and derail our season in regards to where we finished because of it. Rightly so.

Ange from day dot never faulted in his beliefs and that's what sets him apart 💪🏻

Everyone is available if they want to come and we want to pay.

I’m just not comfortable with “yes, I’ll come in the summer, where I get a fresh start, but I’m not that bothered about helping you out of the shitstorm you are in presently”.

Nah, show us you want this. For £8m-£10m a year, there should be a line of managers crawling over broken glass to come here.

Redknapp? Hoddle?

The fuck are you lot on?

Genuinely concerned 90% of people on here dont actually watch any games in the prem outside of spurs.

Calls for this ex manager or player that hasnt managed for years.

Football has changed. These guys wouldn't have a clue how to manage in today's prem.

Seriously, get a grip.

oh god. Levy's attention to detail in that place wasn't quite so good on the food and drinks was it. Sold out you say? ok, thanks for the 20 minute queue anyway.

Total piss

there’s a) a ludicrous buyout clause, b) a guaranteed firestorm from their side all the way up to maybe even the presidential level, and c) the fact that Pochettino is no longer a good manager anyways.

It could end very badly.
