De Zerbi may be a good choice, but is his football good? And I know he’s a hard ass, so the players would either buy in or he would run them off which I think is a good thing. My heart just wants to see Poch back, though I can’t lie.

I fear whoever comes in won't fare any better unless they bring a new kit with them

Solskjaer left Molde for interim job at ManU.

Riera just left slovenian team to go to Frankfurt.

I can easilly see him coming here even as interim. And then he hopes for either PL or champo job next season.

Other thing is whether we should go with that path.

The norweigian league doesn't run over 2 seasons. When Solskjaer left Molde, their season had ended.

Xabi Alonso would be the dream. The Real Madrid job came too soon for him. I'd also be happy with Marco Silva. Done a brilliant job at Fulham and also plays attractive, positive football.

I wanted Glasner and said that Frank would be another Espirito Santo... But if it's De Zerbi I ain't against it... Brighton played nice football with him and had reasonably good defence... He would put an arm around them if they needed it and kick their fucking arses if they don't give 100%...he don't care about reputations or names... Ask Adrian Rabiot... He won't take the bullshit from above either.... Pep rates him highly... He might just be the one... But time will tell.

Robbie Keane?????

Did I hear that right???

Are we some fucking school science project?
Not sacking Arteta worked at Gooners apparently so we tried to copy that by not sacking Frank , Carrick worked at United as an interim so wouldnt surprise me if we are now trying to copy that , honestly we are run by idiots , unless Vinai and Lange are next to go we are in serious trouble

Options like Silva, Iraola and Glasner may have been intriguing or palatable last summer.. But that's not a route they can go down now. You can't hire a mid table Premier League manager in Frank, hoping he can scale it up, have that fail spectacularly and then say "Oh shit, must have picked the wrong one.", and then put your hand back into the same bowl of names.
