14 years ago to the day. Ironically at home to Newcastle. Remember how fucking incredible we were that day, before Redknapp started flirting with England and our form went to shit.

Anyway. Poch back in the summer please. Complete rebuild.

Until then, just an interim to keep us up. Surely there's someone out there who could do that.

It’s interesting that people who are criticizing Spurs for their hire of head-coaches are suggesting interim names like Harry Redknapp, Robbie Keane, Roberto de Zerbi, Glenn Hoddle and Klinsmann or just offer Pochettino the job right now…
Harry Redknapp is 78 years old and hasn’t managed a club since 2017.
Glenn Hoddle last managed a club in 2016, has a heart-condition and was sacked by Spurs in 2003.
Robbie Keane will not leave a safe job in Ferencváros to be an interim head-coach. As a full-time HC maybe, but he’s too inexperienced for that job IMO.
Roberto De Zerbi won’t take a job as an interim HC at Spurs because it’s below the dignity of HC’s at his, well, “level” (for the lack of a better word)
Jürgen Klinsmann last managed a club back in 2020 and lasted for 10 weeks at Hertha Berlin.
Mauricio Pochettino will notquit the USA national team just 5 months before the WC starts unless there is "something wrong" between him and his bosses; and, according some reports, it would cost $20m+ to buy him out of his contract.
Poch aside. As place holders

To get a couple of wins and exhale

You didn’t think the suggestions went beyond that did you?

I honestly don't think ex players who know the club inside out would not be a bad appointment. Like people have said we need to get out the shit not experimenting with someone out the dutch league
