Yup, but I also think they are going makes a few mistakes, as they find their feet.

But let's see what happens.

I have to agree with this -

People expecting new - players, managers, owners, humans, to make an immediate impact and 180 things immediately are living in cuckoo land.

absolutely delusion

it doestn mean that the new people, whoever they are, are the right people but fucking hell, Levy has only been gone 6 months and there is an expectation to go from 17th to be challenging for trophies straight away -

and these same folks, dying, praying, wishing for new owners to come buy us - what do they expect are gonna happen - how long since newcastle were bought - they just sold isak and replaced him with a nodbody - their team is hardly full of superstars, their squad depth is shite, they make poor decisions constantly -

this is not Football Manager. Man City are an outlier.

Of course, things are shit right now, of course, things could be much better - but a tiny, tiny bit of perspective is needed sometimes

In one of the many pieces that came out yesterday relating to all of this they touched on this bit.

Basically Vinai and Lange felt that there are far too many issues behind the scenes at Spurs to blame the club's issues solely on the manager. That there is a bunch of restructuring needed to make a modern football organisation out of it.

Which tbh feels like them being both right and wrong at the same time if you ask me. The backstage issues are glaringly obvious. So they are correct there. But it doesn't give them cart blanche to blindly hold on to a manager that clearly isn't up for the job.

Burnley with shit players looked brilliantly coached under Kompany, they played really well against the likes of City and Woolwich but couldn’t win games cos their players couldn’t hit a barn door. So many elements of the team, our lack of attacking patterns is a pure manager issue. We have big problems but the easiest to fix is the useless manager.

If this is the first real test then they have already failed , we are now in a relegation battle - had they acted quicker and changed the manager months ago and strengthened in January then we could
Be looking at European football next season and not relegation
Maybe, honestly I dont know, I wanted Frank sacked ages ago as well but I also respect that the board tried to give him time.

Precisely. A chaotic backstage environment is obviously not ideal for a football manager and makes the job harder.
But Frank was not up to the task for the things that a manager in modern football can control.

United are arguably as chaotic behind the scenes as us if not more. But Carrick is so far handling the on pitch part just fine. Same with Moyes at Everton.

Christmas Smile GIF by Celtic Football Club

Rodgers would not be the worst at all, in my opinion.

Are you the only Englishman in history that can't take a joke?
Probably
What is this utter shyte? Seriously, ENIC just owned shares, Joe took no interest in the club, as long as shares went up.

ENIC had no input in the club, the biggest critism of since they brought us, from almost everyone.

So how's looking what?

It's been all on Levy, the abouslute shill and lies to defend this bald cunt

Astonishing.
You know ENIC own THFC and Levy owns 30% of ENIC, right?
Levy was paid by ENIC to run THFC.
Levy doesn't own THFC nor any significant shares in the club.
He's an employee with a lot of shares in his employers parent company.

To me it proves they know fuck all about football , he was taking us down to the championship, the football was terrible and he just wasn’t the right fit , good leadership to me is someone who steps in and admits a mistake was made and steps in and changes things before it gets to bad.
I might get a bit of respect back for them if Lange and Vinai are next up for the chop this week and they actually get some proper footballing people in to run the club as if they don’t , we might avoid relegation this season if we get lucky however unless things change from the Top down , it’s coming!

I'm inclined to agree, as a temp until the end of the season at least. I feel the players need a kick up the backside (they covered 5Km less than Newcastle, jogged less, sprinted less - Spurs only won on time spent walking - BBC stats).

Rodgers is a straight talker with a sharp tongue and doesn't take any shit. Frank came across as a wet blanked that no-one respected.

All we need right now is someone to get us clear of relegation / steady the ship - but only if we then get serious about rebuilding this squad and spending what it takes to get 'wow' players in.

This is a relegation fight for sure. Wet Spam have lost 1 in 5. We haven't won any. I think it will be between us and Forest, whichever club can get the best 'new manager bounce'.

Vinai well he's on fraud watch for me, it's much tougher to know when a CEO will get jogged on, but he's shown himself to be a weak indecisive "leader". So he needs to go too.
I think if Vinai gets a proper DoF under him to run the football side of things, and just signs off what he wants, Vinai can work

What is clear is he isnt a decision maker at all

POK is going against what was reported in the times (think it was the times) where it was said Vinai advised the board he should be sacked and they agreed
POK talks shit tbf.

Also he commented on the story initially calling them the chuckle brothers who hired him in the first place. Surely if you knew it was incorrect you would be commenting saying it's not true.

Agree. If Vinai lucks out on a great DOF and let's them get on with it, it's actually a good thing to be hands off. But to be too afraid to call the shots when shit hits the fan is a disaster.

Whatever way you look at it, Vinai ignored the evidence and car crash in front of him and doubled down on it and now we face a relegation battle. That is really really poor.

Vinai's card is marked for me. FRAUD WATCH.
