My views on today's game are as follows.

Everything possible, that could have helped Spurs to avoid a negative result in this fixture, has happened.

Woolwich have been dropping points and now City are back within touching distance.

Spurs could rub salt into the Woolwich wounds today.

But how likely is that to happen?

Will the majority of Spurs players, who lost 22 from 38 league games last season, and 11 from 26 so far this season, be less error prone, more focussed, more committed and confident about winning today?

Will the Spurs players who are uncertain of their future at the club be more committed than the Woolwich players today?

Can this Spurs team keep a clean sheet?

Can this Spurs team take the lead and hang on to it?

Can this Spurs team go a goal or two behind and come back from it?

The only thing I am certain of today is that the magnificent THFC supporters will turn up and do their job.

They will support the team for 90 minutes no matter what.

Actions speak louder than words.

Spurs will need to score 3 goals today to get a positive result.

Just getting ready to leave for the game , I'm obviously shitting a brick as this game could define how the rest of the season goes . We need a very positive effort today to not only take the game to them but to keep them quiet for large parts of the game . I'll be singing loud and proud - trying to be the 12th man . It should be a good atmosphere as NLDs are usually high tense . I'm hoping we get the 3 points but more importantly I want a new manager bounce to be the launchpad for the belated start of our season .

The team is not expected to win today and probably won't.
If they can get a draw that, would provide something to build from.
An unlikely win in, a ground that we can't buy a win in will be difficult, if somehow the team managed that against our rivals, it would be galvanising moment for the club.
