I obviously really hope we avoid the drop and then get a competent coach who will be allowed to do the time-honoured ‘no longer required by the club’ to some of our biggest players who clearly think they’re too good to do as they’re asked and just aren’t anywhere near as good as they think they are.

After this season, it looks like that also includes Micky, sadly.

Need to give new manager a bit of time.
He was never winning today, team still full of Frank's shit tactics.
But yes, should have gone earlier.
 
Look at the positives, there was a period of the game where we looked sublime.

Didn't put a foot wrong when the IT equipment was malfunctioning.

Exactly this. I think the effort will be there but the lack of actually footballing ability needed at this level, team coheisiveness and footballing IQ is greatly missing with these players.

Still have nothing to say about Woolwich being in stadium debt for the past ~15 years, which makes sense because it's objectively true.

Conte got one good player and a load of shit. Unless you want to sit here and argue that Bissouma, Spence, and Richarlison were actually really good for him.

Just quit while you're behind and shut the fuck up.

The 2 teams below us both put in significantly better performances.

We put in that shit. After 5 days off. A new manager change. A clean week of training…

We are by far the weakest team in the premier league and have been since October.
 
Reality check - Shit squad, shit morale, shit injury situation, shit league situation.

Managed 45 mins playing like a non-league team in the FA Cup, battling away trying to stay in the tie and hoping for a miracle. Couldn't sustain it and a few minor adjustments from the opponent was enough to completely mindfuck us and led to a total collapse in performance.

A grim road lies ahead of us.

Yeah it does feel like a full reset is needed.
The club is just rotten from top to bottom and there have been so many managers and rebuilds since Poch but things just get worse.

Need to go back to basics.

Time to accept the fact this is not a TEAM. We have a group of individuals, while might be talented, do not connect with each other, mentally or stylistically. The team does not have a spine to build around. Players running around trying to make something individually while not able to realize the team plan.

That's what happened when you have accountants build a football team. Yes, they put a 25-player squad, but it has no balance, no cohesion, no logic.

Nothing is going to change or have a chance to change unless ENIC get the ******* out.
 
I didn’t think we were going to win today but I was hoping to see something that we could take into the next game because we are gonna need some fight but I not seeing much of it and that’s the worry , just look piss week and we are so far away from looking like a team , Scary times.
