Because kingdawson kingdawson just edited my post I can't directly post a reply.
This is his edit:

I think it's called being a delusional human centipede...something that gets sneered at on TFC.
Some even sneer with disdain at our magnificent European Cup win last season.

A Spurs fan who hopes and expects us to win is delusional. :wall:
No idea what the centipede has to do with the matter.
Tbf he's not the back end of a human centipede and that was banter but your first sentence is scary.

A spurs fan expecting us to win is delusional ......hmmmmmm yes yes that exactly what he is.

We’ll go down, then the likes of Vicario, Porro, Van de Ven, Romero, Udogie, Spence, Xavi, Gallagher, Maddison, Deki, Solanke, Richy and more will all go. We’ll bring in £300m of fees.

The board will still spend little and use the likes of Moore, Williams Barnett, Devine, Phillips and Scarlet instead and still charge £70 for Stoke at home.

Until ENIC are gone nothing will change. Their ambition is only profit and revenue. Nothing else.

That team is riddled with cowards! I still don’t think k we go down. But next season will be another tough one. The trend is forming and unless something major happens it’ll be another dog fight for survival

After getting obliterated 4-1 by the scum i think im done tbh. What is the point in caring about the possibility of scraping 17th in the league next year.

If we go down i'll be fucking gutted but this team will deserve it.

Gotta tell ya, watching Liverpool score the last minute winner vs Forest on MOTD gave me more pleasure than I would have expected about this result earlier in the season.

It’s a horrible rotten squad. We tick all the boxes:

Good to excellent players, with poor injury records - yep
Shit players, particularly in depth positions - yep
Ineffectual leaders - double yep
Players who going hiding - absolutely
Lack of goals - hell yes

You name it, we lack it.

More and more and more and more money being pumped into this shell corporation of a football club via a growing number of seemingly infinite revenue streams.

And this is what the 9th richest club is dealing with professionally, relegation. After securing a title, qualifying and advancing in the Champions League. So even more cash flow.

A paperthin squad for 4 competitions. Two barebone loan deals and two new players in the summer. And the talk of Andy Robertson in the winter transfer window - yes you read that right, I didnt forget about this tried atrocity of a signing. Andy Robertson.

So next time, when we are watching another disaster performance, you could look back and realise that Andy Robertson was a potential idea in upper managment to make things better - at a club which funnels money through various channels completely disassociated to anything happening on the pitch during matchday.

Anyone who thinks we’d come straight back up if we went down is naive. We’d be down there for a while.

Even if we stay up, we’re not returning to being a European regular anytime soon. We’re becoming an Everton. Just happy to be in the league.

They might get 1-2 top quality players in.

But have you not seen how bloated with shit our team is.... We are not going to be competing for a couple years, until we sort this shit show out.

People need to get their heads out of the fecking clouds, and realise that Levy left the clubs in an absolute state and the best thing now is to just support the team and get them over the line.

Only way you’re getting these parasite owners out is either relegation or everyone stops going to games.

We have far too many happy clapping fans. They’ll go along each game, spend £100 in the club shop, another £30 on drinks before the game, stick around after for another couple as well. Repeat each time.

ENIC laugh themselves to sleep each night at how lucky they are to have such a weak minded, pathetic fanbase who just accept being taken the piss out of and lineup again each week for the same thing.

Can hardly blame fans for not being optimistic when we're 4 points off the drop, failed to win a league game in the first 2 months of 2026 and in worse form than the few teams below us.

Fulham (A): 1 point
Palace (H): 3 points
Liverpool (A): 0 points
Forest (H): 3 points
Sunderland (A): 1 point
Brighton (H): 3 points
Wolves (A): 1 point
Villa (A): 0 points
Leeds (H): 3 points
Chelsea (A): 0 points
Everton (H): 3 points

18 points should see us firmly mid table
