Danso might not be that eye catching defender, but he puts in a shift and shown real fight.

If only Dragusin was a little better, but I’d still stick to them two for the rest of the season.

Romero and VDV can do one. How they’ve shown disrespect to our club, badge and fans, I don’t want them here.

We need for CB's and if fit Romero and Micky will return.

It was as much the system as the players on the field that put us in a good position today.

Not taking away from the effort and result today, but Tudor isn't dropping the Captain.

Honestly don't know who I'd start against forest. This was such a marked difference from recent games that I'd struggle to change anything for the next game really.

I mean, I get that both VDV and Romero are better footballers than Danso and Dragusin but they've been fucking liabilities for ages because they both honestly look like they feel they are too good to be here.

I had more affinity for this team than I've had for any this season pretty much.

Happy with today. To put in a battling performance and get a result at Anfield is huge, as poor as Liverpool have been.
Hope this gives the players a huge confidence boost ahead of Forest. I have belief we can get a win now (although far from certain we will). We have finally shown fight and that is crucial.

So nice to end the weekend once again being reasonably happy about a Spurs display. I've missed this and it's for a draw!

So by-pass the midfield and hoof the ball up to RKM/Richy/Solanke for our equaliser... not like anyone has been screaming for us to play this way!

Great result and hopefully earns Tudor a bit more buy-in from the squad from here on out.

Was out for a meal today with 2 mothers. Only caught bits of the game on my phone whilst trying not to be impolite.
Reading this thread there are more than 2 "mothers" posting.
Got a bit emotional at the end but stiff upper lip and all that.
Fantastic result.

We really should just play the kids and the few older guys who look like they give a shit til the end of the season, really think this result with such a young side proves beyond measure that our squad has an attitude problem that thus far has failed to infect the younger guys.

In some ways the way Liverpool want to play would have been helpful compared to how Forest, Leeds etc. are likely to play against us........ We'll ironically need more nouse and experience in the relegation 6 pointers.

We need to play all those returning on Wednesday & then decide who deserves to play next Sunday. We need to win Wednesday even if it is only by a single goal and we are out of the competition to get the home fans on side and get the fear out of playing at home. Throw Wednesday will not help next Sunday as we need to get confidence on the field and in the stands at home to win. Cannot remember the last time we won the match before an international break but we need to this time.

Get an early goal against Atleti and our crowd going and you never know but we need to try and win every game!
