Spence has reverted to the lazy player he was when he arrived. He thinks he's the big boy in the first squad but he is mistaken. He is a mediocre squad player at best and his constant pass back rather than try anything imaginative is doing my head in. I used to champion him when previous managers overlooked him but I see what they saw now.
