Lol, Romero provides quality and then also provides smashing in to people for no reason. He has a hideous rep with officials and they will punish him for any infraction due to his attitude.

He could help us, or he could get sent off. He’s better than those two but I won’t cry over him being missing as he’s not the difference maker and quite often is a total liability.

Bloke could’ve been sent off in the first half by a stricter ref so you’ll excuse me if I don’t cry myself to sleep that he’s not gonna be available.
 
Last time we won in the Premier League against Palace (if you can remember that) he didn't play. He didn't play last time we got a decent result against Liverpool at Anfield either. We may still be shit without him, that's probably the case, but we would certainly continue to be shit with him in the team. I won't lose any sleep over this whatsoever.

From memory he was decent under Conte, too fragile under Ange and then an absolute disgrace this season.

Probably would of benefited from a strong captain to keep him in check as Brad Friedel observed.

Giving him the armband was the beginning of the end!

He only played in 22 of our 32 games this season anyway.
 
Said it in the match thread, he is going to be back by mid-June. Just in time for the World Cup.

He has to be the worst Tottenham captain of all time. One of the biggest mishaps and tops my worst signings list.

And to think that a few lunatics were still on his side just a couple of weeks ago. Time to look in the mirror and admit to speaking utter bullshit to defend this cunt.

Fucking hell, also remembering all those comments with "he can play a decent pass". Its just tragic isnt it.

It hurts so much with how this club is a run. Gave contracts to so many pathetic wet wipes, including the two executive wankers at the top.
