Seeing as Forest have started selling tickets and flight packages for the Europa final already, pretty sure Villa will be pissed off with that. Might be the incentive they need to rest a number of players so they are nice and fresh for 2nd leg.

If you have the bench warmers start, they are going to give it 100% and not bother about EL because they will not be involved. If they start the starting 11, their minds will be occupied with the match on Thursday and not go as hard as the replacements.
No matter what, go strong, go hard, make them feel you want it more than them and it is better for them to focus on their higher priorities. Don't look at the team sheet. Same approach no matter who is there.
