Liar, liar, pants on fire!

Well my underpants are very much certainly and literally on fire 🔥 ; I wagered I ‘d. set them alight in return for half a pint of lager .

It’s all going on down here Mrs P

Much pent-up emotion being released ; and all in a healthy manner and in a very good cause .

( And the jokes on the bar-man btw because I actually own another two pairs !! , which I refer to as my “ spares “ ) .

Onwards!

West Ham fans are absolutely seething......they want to put in an official complaint.

What a bunch of Muppets!

:dembelelol:
I think I'd be seething too in their position, but I literally could not care any less.

If we somehow stay up, I don't know what I'll do with myself, so convinced I was we were going down just a couple of games ago. De Zerbi would be deserving of our eternal, and extremely lofty admiration. Talking upper echelons type stuff - no ifs, no buts

In fairness, it's been quite clear for a few seasons now that it is a minimum amount of time added. An additional minute isn't that odd.

What were the delays-in-game during that OT period that required an extra minute?

Or West Ham or Man Utd

Too far back to count really. But if we'd won Brighton we'd be absolutely flying now in terms of a "relegation battle" and this result would probably have ended it.

Still... it's all hindsight I guess,.

Forest ; literally and mathematically, are far from out of it ( and I suspect they know that very well fwiw ) .

indeed, but they've had 11 pts from their last 5 PL games (2.2 ppg?). they did have 28 from 29 (I think), so realistically on averages should be on 34 points, behind west ham. similar for leeds.

All it would have taken was a similar surge from Leicester or Ipswich last season for us to have been in a far more perilous situation. Margins are so fine.

We could - in theory - finish around 14th or 18th.

Indeed ; it’s still all very much to play for tbf .
