I used to live in a property which was called Valletta.
If we stay up, I agree, as this season would have scared the owners shitless about how close they came to seeing the value of their club cut in half. This summer, assuming we stay up, should see the wage structure and transfer records smashed. It better.

Was very surprised and impressed with today. We were excellent that first 45. Everyone will try and downplay it with villa making changes and 'focusing on the europa' but I don't think that takes anything away from how good we were, we also had almost a full first xi out, which gets forgotten about too often. We pressed them well, we were good on the ball, showed a lot of confidence, I think the players want to play this way, they want to attack, take risks. Not pass it around aimlessly and invite pressure to counter attack.
Think we can take that into next week and get this done now. It's the first time I've felt positive since the Bournemouth/west ham games, was convinced we're were going down but now I think we'll do enough to stay up.

I'm no fan of Frank either, but Ange had already done that, if last season's bottom 3 hadn't been as useless as they were, I have no doubt he would have got us relegated.

I say we should let our away fans in only for the Leeds and Everton games.
We were fantastic in the stands today. Was a privilege to be a part of.
I didn't want to be slated for saying it; but I thought Tel was very wasteful, and hopefully he'll re-watch the game and learn from it.
A well deserved win despite that glitch.
There were some fruity ladies in the crowd shots tbf .

Where have these players been all season . We looked 100 times better than at any stage this season . Had the players been putting on performances like this then we would never be in this situation in the first place . At last we have a manager that talks to the players in a language they understand . Tactics were spot on and the crowd - We were awesome today . From 15 mins before kick off they had music blaring to try to drown out our singing , but we sang regardless . I don't know how much come through on the gogglebox , but we out-sang Villains supporters easily . Every time they tried to sing we just sang over the top of them . Their biggest cheer was a goal when the game was already put to bed . That went in to a near 3/4 empty stadium .
The game :- Gallagher was the player we thought we'd bought , what a signing this lad was if that's how he's going to play for us . VDV was omnipresent , every time Villa got a sniff he was there to hoover up the ball , I'm not sure if De Zerbi will be able to convince him to stay . I could wax lyrical about all of the players they all put a shift in . Kinsky , he didn't have much to do but when he was called upon he was calm even when their players were applying the pressure he stayed calm and played good forward balls . I don't think Vicario will play another game for us .
We stopped on the way home and the services were full of Tottenham supporters singing songs while waiting for food . I don't remember ever seeing it that joyful . Onto the next game and I think if we play like this - we're unplayable . We have all but secured our PL safety , BUT we can't rest until the points are on the board .
Just a footnote - The Villa fans that we bumped into before the game said to us that they wanted us to stay in the PL as our games are part of the tradition of PL . Their staff were courteous in defeat they wished us a safe journey home , and we wished them good luck for their forthcoming game in EL . I hope they win it . I will remember this game as a major turning point in our fortunes and attitude .
