Ultimately, you're right. Whatever is best of Spurs.... So in that respect; a loss for WH.

....But some weeks ago (in the interests of my own mental health) I just decided to not sweat individual results and in two more weeks the chips will have fallen; leaving me just hoping for the best/ideal outcome in the longer run.

Just another conflicting scenario that seems to be par for the course being Spurs atm...... AFC/CFC (twice a season)... The 'do we want to lose to MC' crap last year..... My misgivings about RDZs comments before we hired him...... And now this.

Perhaps I'm just unduly confident about our remaining games?

I can't keep up with all the permutations so I'm just praying De Zerbi gets it done before Final Day.

If the title race is still on for the bottlers to bottle it - good. If not and it means we're safe: also good.

Easy really. West Ham need to lose. If we win, it's 4 points. Thereafter West Ham have to win both their last 2 games.

If West Ham get a draw, it is less straightforward, even if we win but in essence we would then need a win.to stay up.

Everton draw. We need Brighton to beat Leeds away next week, if they do it means Everton cannot make Europe and then our last game against them, they have nothing to play for.
