I think I said this back when the thread was created, but we should not celebrate avoiding relegation. It’s not an honour whatsoever, it’s not something to be proud of. It was a catastrophic, awful, shambles of a season and if we do avoid it, the charity of other clubs will be by far the largest reason.
It’s like you left your phone keys and wallet at the pub and somehow come back the next day and they weren’t stolen. You aren’t doing cartwheels and dances over it, you were a fucking idiot and just avoided disaster through luck. That is us, 25-26 Tottenham Hotspur.
