Personally I reckon we should sign another decent keeper and have them fight it out with Kinsky for the role or, at the very least, keep him on his toes.

Kinsky might grow into a great keeper, and has been v.solid under De Zerbi, but we've got first hand evidence of his performances dropping off a cliff so it could be risky going into next season with him as our number one and some bog-standard number 2 like Austin or an old geezer.

We need someone good enough to step up and our first choice if Kinsky falls apart again. And if we stay up we might be wise to just sign a new outright number 1 like Trafford or similar.
If Kinsky plays every game until the end of the season I think we’d have a fair idea if he’s ready to be number one.

If we do go down I reckon the goalkeeper line up could be Kinsky/Austin/Gunter. If we stay up then we may feel we need a more experienced keeper.

Hmm think that's still too risky. Even if Kinsky does have a good final 4 games, I think going into next season with him and Austin is asking for trouble even in the Championship. At the very least I'd be getting in someone proven in as a backup even if we do intend to make Kinsky the obvious number 1.

Leeds had Meslier as their number one two seasons ago and he completely shat it in the Championship - he was pretty much the sole reason they didn't get promoted that year. We can't risk the same thing happening.

Can you elaborate why you think it is asking for trouble. I see your example of Meslier, but to be fair he was their regular #1 the following season when they won the Championship. He kept 21 clean sheets in 39 games and I thought it was a bit harsh when Farke dropped him for the final seven games after the 2-2 draw with Swansea in which he actually saved a penalty. Granted they finished with 6 wins and a draw in the final 7 so you could say Farke got it right, but he was not terrible that season in the Championship even though we know he's a pretty bad keeper in the PL. I think Kinsky will be superb in the Championship and I've no issue with Austin backing him up. Maybe we can get an experienced keeper in like Jason Steele from Brighton. He's a good solid pro. Can come in and play if needed but more importantly he would also be an excellent mentor.

Kinsky will be fine for the next couple of games and be regarded as a hero. Then he’ll throw one in and be the worst keeper ever. Posts on here will be quickly deleted. The server will heave a sigh of relief.

It’s what we do. Because we are cunts.

I've heard a few rumours he might be involved.

His name has appeared in Italian reports now.

Who trusts him over Kinsky for the last 2 matches?
