Who would do such a thing? 🤔

If they cared about Spurs the first thing they would do would be to sack the gooner plant!

If you think about it, thats just a great example of whats been going wrong at the club

I suspect Levy thought he was being a real dealmaker, getting a win on the board, in picking up the Gooner Exec

In reality, he never saw that he was hiring a Gooner plant, who was always going to start on the back foot at the club

And that before we find out if he even has the chops for the role

What Vinai has done is what all the fans have been crying out for for years, and why many wanted Levy gone. We don't want an autocrat dominating the club.

So the fans have been crying out for us to be in a relegation battle?
It was fucking obvious to anyone with Eyes that Frank was a failure, a proper leader would have sacked Frank and whoever said he was worth keeping before the winter window, but this gooner Cunt just sat by , and thats OK ?

Vinai talking about Robustness when we scored the most set pieces/corners tells me he doesn’t understand the fundemental problem of the squad. We cannot pass or control the play with any authority. The technical floor needs raising.

As for the experience, his attempts to do the same thing at Woolwich (Lichtensteiner, Sokratis, Willian, David Luiz, Mkhitaryan) actively made them worse.

And he’s still insisting that Frank is a good coach and making excuses for him!

He’s an idiot.

At the end of the day Aphex actions speak louder than words and until our fans see some action you can't blame the fanbase for being cynical especially since we nearly got fekin relegated and we've been in this cycle for the past 20 odd years, people need to vent at someone and Levy used to get it, now it's Vinai's turn, it's what it is.
I think some people are just so anti ENIC & Levy that they can't see the wood for the trees! If Levy was still in charge and we had an actual relegation battle and didn't sign anyone in the winter window to help then you wouldn't hear the end of it from certain posters on here, but when we have a Gooner oversee one of the worst seasons of all time its fine as "its not levy"

No way Levy selected this clown

Is he an Woolwich fan or did he just work for them?

He is a corporate guy, does it matter to him who he works for. Why does he deliberately want to ruin Tottenham. Levy is a Tottenham fan and he led us to the mess we are now in.

Seriously I don't get all this nonsense

I guess you saw no wrong in Judas moving south of the river as he wasn't actually a Tottenham fan, he just worked for us........ :davieshmm:

Come on, that's different :sonpoint:

The scum fans didn't say he was a Tottenham plant when he joined them.

He betrayed us by going there and quite rightly will never be forgiven

Was Kane a gooner plant because he spent time in their academy?

It doesn't work like that. Either we want our CEO to trust the football people at the club to make decisions, or you want Vinai to order football people around and make all the decisions, like erm, Levy.

The problem clearly is and was, that the people Vinai trusted to make the decisions, the expert, was Lange. And Lange is totally out of his depth and basically a poor Sporting Director.

What Vinai has done is what all the fans have been crying out for for years, and why many wanted Levy gone. We don't want an autocrat dominating the club.

Vinai trusted Lange to make the football decisions, and Lange recommened we keep Frank. So Vinai trusted that decision.

Remember Vinai didn't hire Lange. If we get a proper top class SD in at the club, and Vinai then trusts the person to run the club, we will be in a much better place, than what we had before, with non footballing people making footballing decisions.
That’s not how any successful business I’ve worked in operates!

Of course the CEO should delegate responsibility to his subordinates, but it’s also their job to steer his colleagues when he believes they’re taking the wrong route or making a poor decision that could adversely affect the organisation.

We’ve had an unprecedented injury crisis which could easily have been helped by at least some short term loans in January.

If the CEO doesn’t help steer the ship and vet certain decision making. what really is the point in having one?!

Based on that awkward video they released, I don’t think so. What resulted makes me think Lewis family brought him in with a view to the sacking

Levy stated that he has known Venkatesham for years and considers him not only someone he gets on well with, but also someone whose strong work ethic and values align with his own. He believes Spurs will benefit significantly from the appointment.

He said (Tottenham Hotspur): “I have known Vinai for a number of years. Without doubt, he was the candidate. Sometimes you employ somebody and you are unsure whether it will work out, but because we have known each other, that risk did not exist.

“I am very excited Vinai has joined us, and I think the club is going to benefit enormously from it. Vinai is a good communicator, honest, has integrity, is bright, enjoys being challenged, and I want to be challenged as well"

He's Charrington's mate, not Levy's - they're money men and come from a banking background., Levy isn't going to recruit someone to take over his job role.

The rumours were that Levy was a dead man walking for some time and things had to be put in place before he got canned, Vinai being one of them

After last season if we had serious owners, Lange and Vinai would have been sacked on Sunday evening, put word out that its not acceptable for a club like Spurs to be in such a dangerous position and let it be known that Failure like that has consequences.

Even if we take away the fact he is an ex gooner, he should still be sacked for last season, keeping Frank for so long, selling and not replacing BJ's goals in the January window, he couldn't have done a better job of trying to relegate us if he tried, was he eveninvolved in bring in RDZ or was that Carrington and ENIC?
