I'm not sure Bergvall is the player people think he is.
Udogie benefitted from staying on loan after we signed him. He's OK but not elite IMO.

Thanks to Chelseas player hoarding, we can only loan a certain number of players out now. That would have been the answer for younger players, but it's just not as viable anymore.

So we need to stop taking random punts on players who have 50% or less chance of being 1st team ready. Or we'll just spend a 3rd season toiling in the bottom 1/4 of the league. Again..
Loan rules do not apply to under 21 players.

Figured we’d do some sniffing there. He’s the closest profile you’d find to Son. Trouble is, he’s nowhere near Son’s quality.
Son was a genuine world class player. One of the best of the history of the club, so not being on his level is no mark against Marmoush.

I think Marmoush is quality though, especially if he gets a run of games, which is difficult with the players around him at City. He’s one of the best options available to us I think (if he is even available to us, given his crazy wages). Signing him and Savinho gives you two completely different profiles, both of which we need, and Marmoush gives you another option up front.

if Vuskovic wants to force a move to Barcelona, then the club should stay tough.

He has a contract until 2030, so the club could effectively end his career by keeping him in the U21s.

If he wants a move then he can stay at the club until we get what we want for him.

Though players may hold the upper hand, the length of contract puts Spurs in the driving seat.

Whatever the outcome it's a win, win situation for the club.

The player and agent were keen enough to sign his contract and should be expected to keep their commitment of it.

Our squad is limited in numbers by the rules. We have a number of injured players kula, kudus, Odebert & Simons that may or may not play much before January. Now we have several options
1 Put them in the squad limiting our numbers and risk a repetition of this year and not having attacking players on the bench .
2 Leave some of them out of the squad and then if they get fit they cannot play until January
3 Put them in the squad but retain a number of under 21's to bolster numbers if they cannot play. If the injured players are fit it may mean the youngsters do not play but can go on loan in the 2nd part of the season

In my opinion the only sensible option is NO 3.
