Martinelli and Trossard would be good signings for us.

You're an odd fellow aren't you?

From saying we should sign greenwood, to Calvert Lewin, saying Kvaratskhelia is crap and Woolwich are dominating PSG , to now saying we should sign martinelli

What's your business here?

Agree to an extent, Wharton would still be my first choice, if not Locatelli, then probably Hackney but he's the right profile of what we need, preferable to another bits n pieces midfielder. Would allow us to spend the big money in the front 4 because we need goals from somewhere.

Hackney would need to be alongside someone else. Too untested.

Arguably try and sign him and loan him to a Prem side for a season.

A bit like Simons. They need time to adapt to the challenge.

Reflects the current state of Real Madrid if you think that

Fair play if thats your opinion but I'd still take Rogers ahead of him. I cannot stand Bellingham's petulance

The team who won the league and the CL with Bellingham playing a leading role in his primary season and who was voted their best player and the player of the season in La Liga?, Rodgers hasn't and probably will get anywhere near that.

Guy's an absolute superstar and a match winner.

I don't mind who we have as a 6 but they need to be the right profile so I wouldn't mind Locatelli although part of the appeal with Hackney is that he's homegrown and he's got more mileage than Gray and Bergvall, he's played more senior games than both he just hasn't played in the Prem but IMO he wouldn't have a problem adapting.

Bergvall is the one who needs the loan.

Hackney is probably really good tbh

It’s just a balancing act to get the MF right with 1 game a week.

There are no sure things anywhere, i'd say Hackney has as much if not more chance of adapting than Locatelli even if not as good. Would allow us to spend the big money in the front 4 because we need goals from somewhere.

I’m not against Hackney specifically

Just think that CM needs to be absolutely transformative to our midfield . Thats a lot to ask of a kid from the championship

I've seen Hackney play a few times and tbh I wasn't impressed. I've gone to a Boro forum just now and they're asking for Devine in a swap.

Yeh so...here's a thought....how about we keep devine and give him a chance rather then sell him for 4.5m.
