Pretty sure that he has been found not guilty on the oral sex charge (her on him), guilty of touching the victim.
Definitely going to prison.

Turns out that Sunderland had seen the whats app messages, had met with the Police and knew there was overwhelming evidence he was guilty of the charges he originally plead non guilty to at Magistrates but then obviously had to plead guilty to as soon as he got to CC trial.
They also paid him £3m in the process.

Pleading guilty from the off and then mitigating, throwing yourself at the mercy of the public and the courts with some kind of remorse may have been the correct way to go about gaining any kind of sympathy.
Anyway, 5 yrs is the maximum, and I doubt he will be getting that.
He won't be getting beaten up either. He will be 43ed off - VP they call it now - in and out of the London jail and off to a secluded cushy VP nonce jail. He will probably get a Gym orderly job and be king of the nonces. The only time he might get a kicking is by opposing civvies - if he plays for the Prison team in a sunday league.
He ain't exactly going to be skint either, unless old Stacey takes him to the cleaners.
