Sportsdevil has been a bust on Kodi for me, even when it used to work the stream quality was shit. Kodi was great when the Robocop add on had Premier League Pass on it, but it's long gone.

An Amazon Fire TV stick is all you need.
Friends have a hacked fire stick but the M8 box works for me. Need patience and a decent internet connection though but the website I provided has many good tips and videos on the latest apps and installing them.
