Couldn't see any threads relating to this which is odd as it starts in about 3 hours.
Personally I can't see him not being found guilty. Having read the various "leaks" online a couple of months ago it looks fairly straight forward to me. Add to that the HMRC don't usually go this far without being confident of a conviction and lets be honest, we all know it happened just like bungs always "used" to happen.
So, when/if he's found guilty what happens next? I'd be surprised if he was given a custodial sentence unless it's not his first offense but I'm sure if it wasn't we would've heard about it. More than likely it'll be a large fine and suspended sentence but what about his job at spurs?
I have a feeling now the club no longer have to answer to the city a guilty verdict would be good for us. It would be the perfect excuse for the FA not to offer him the England job, which is something I'm sure they don't want to do anyway but they don't have any other option at the moment and Levy wouldn't get rid of him considering the current situation at the club.
So, as I sit here waiting to read the twitter updates from inside the court, I'm hoping for a guilty verdict.
Of course I could be wrong and if he's found guilty he'll be given 6 months or something and we'll be royally fucked.
